At Pearls of the Orient Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exquisite jewelry; if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic packaging and certificates provided.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the jewelry back into its original pearl presentation box and use a padded shipping envelope to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
